As well as offering instruction in piano and guitar, we also offer specialty instrument training in the Fife, Auto Harp, and Harmonica. Everyone has a chance to be a part of the group and bring music back into their lives. We have a wonderful team of talented and qualified instructors. Top Note hosts Music Camps throughout the summer. Rock Band, Drum Set, Bass Guitar, String Bass, Brass, Lower Brass, for Advanced and Intermediate students. Top quality free entertainment is ongoing throughout the entire weekend at the Mountain View Arts Festival, and Top Note Music School is pleased to be hosting the Fiddler's Jamboree on Sunday, September 11th in the Multi-Purpose Room at the Didsbury Memorial Complex.

"Every year the audience for the Jamboree seems to grow to the point where we have standing room only," said organizer Teena Trick-Wilks from Topnote Music Studio.

Come hear some of your favourites. If you're a fan of those great fiddle songs like "Orange Blossom Special", "Turkey in the Straw" or "Cottoneyed Joe", you'll definitely want to be there.

The event is modeled a little bit after the old-fashioned house parties when people got together after a long day of work for an evening of music, story-telling and fun.

Fiddlers, keyboardists, and other musicians will be on hand, so come on out for some great toe-tapping music from 2 - 4 pm.

Admission to the Festival is by donation.
